Rates, Check-in/check-out times, and other policy.

Our rates are as follows:

Weekly rental: $875 during the summer season, from Saturday to Saturday.
Monthly rental: $3500
Weekend rental when available (usually, spring, winter, fall) : $250 based on two nights or $350 for a 3 night stay.
Other: If available through the week the rate is $125 per night.
Rates are also based on 4 adults and their children. Rentals with additional adults beyond 4 will be charged an additional $10 per day.
Off season pricing will vary. Please call to discuss this.

Check - in and Check-out times are as follows: 
Check - in is at 3 p.m. and check - out is at 10 a.m. to give adequate time to get the guesthouse ready for the next guests.

Payment: 25% deposit at the time of booking and the remainder at check - in time.
Payment can be made by Visa or cheque.
Damage deposit is not required but if anything is broken or damaged during the guests stay, please discuss this with the manager and payment of replacement cost will be required. Your respect and honesty will be appreciated regarding this policy.
