A Visa card number is required to hold your reservation with a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay.  All online reservations will be confirmed by telephone.

 Reservations that are cancelled without at least 30 days notice will be subject to cancellation fee of 25% or in other words, the 25% reservation deposit.
Most people make their plans months in advance so it's difficult to rent after a cancellation is made on short notice.
