Preferred method of inquiry and reservations is by use of the following email:

Please allow one business day for a response.
  
A Visa card number is required to hold your reservation with a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay.  All online reservations will be confirmed by a return email. 

Reservations that are cancelled without at least 30 days notice will be subject to cancellation fee of 25% or, in other words, the 25% reservation deposit.
